For Free Size diapers, you can use the following inserts:
Night usage
1. 4Night prefold - lasts for 10-12 hours even for heavy wetters without adding bulk. Made for using with our Duet/Cover diaper shells.

Day time usage
1. Stay dry organic cotton insert - lasts 3-4 hours, can customize absorbency with boy fold or girl fold. Made for using with our Duet/Cover diaper shells.

2. Classic Pocket Diaper insert - lasts 2-3 hours for light-medium wetter infants. Made for using with our Classic Pocket diapers.

3. Cotton Terry flat - use for newborns and young infants for 2-3 hours.  Made for using with our Duet/Cover/Pocket diaper shells.

For Newborn babies, use Neo Putani inserts either directly as a langot or within a Neo Putani diaper shell 

Add hemp booster to any diaper to increase absorbency.
