CLEARANCE SALE POLICY
Please note: For products purchased in the clearance sale there will be no possibility of returns/exchange. In exceptional scenarios falling under the period when our operations are still running, we may offer exchange if the customer is willing to bear return and forward shipping charges.
This policy overrides any other policy mentioned below or anywhere else on the site.
All orders will be shipped within 1-4 working days from when the order is received. This does not include weekends and public holidays. If there is a delay in shipping, you will be informed as soon as possible via email/phone. The shipping tracking number will be updated on your order once your order has been shipped and can be used by you to track your order.
We offer free shipping within India for all orders with value above INR 800.
Deliveries to metro cities in India are made via Fedex or similar courier, while smaller towns and rural areas are covered by Speed Post. Bumpadum reserves the right to choose between courier partners/Speed Post depending on pin code serviceability. Your order should be delivered in 2-4 working days in Karnataka and neighbouring states. For other states, delivery will happen in 5-7 working days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and weight of the product(s).
Orders will be shipped through DHL Express, DHL e-commerce or Delhivery based on the most economical rates for all shipping addresses located outside of India.
International deliveries will take between 5-10 days to reach the destination country, after which the delivery time is dependent on the country's customs procedures. You will be responsible for any charges levied by your country's customs office.
For all products apart from diapers and cloth pads, our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase when you contact us for a refund, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded once shipped out.

DIAPERS, TRAINERS AND CLOTH PADS
Due to hygiene reasons, we accept returns of diapers/trainers/cloth pads only if you refuse to accept the package when it is delivered. If you accept the package when it is delivered, it will not be eligible for returns. Please contact us at email@example.com or message us at www.facebook.com/bumpadum with your baby's age/weight and usage needs BEFORE you buy, so that we can help you pick the right diaper for your baby. You can rest assured that you will successfully be able to use the diaper that we recommend to you.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be refunded on a case to case basis and may be a partial refund.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you have returned/rejected the package not due to Bumpadum error, you will receive a refund minus the applicable to and fro shipping charges.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/credit card account again. There is often some processing time, typically 2-5 working days before a refund is posted.

REPAIRS/EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We repair/replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them or within the first few uses. All seconds/clearance sales are final. No returns/refunds/exchanges/changes/cancellation of order/repairs possible on seconds/clearance items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of to and fro shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning/exchanging an item due to our error, Bumpadum will bear the costs of return shipping from you and for sending the replacement product to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
